Jinzhou Medical University University Scholarships

I. Purpose and standards

These rules encourage international students to complete their studies successfully, recognize excellence and establish role models.

General scholarship:

• Fully English-taught postgraduate students: RMB 16000 per person per academic year.
• Fully English-taught undergraduates: RMB 2500 per person per academic year.

Excellence scholarship:

• First prize: RMB 2000 per semester.
• Second prize: RMB 1000 per semester.
• Third prize: RMB 500 per semester.

General and Excellence scholarships may be received together.

II. Programs

All English-taught undergraduate and master’s programs at Jinzhou Medical University.

III. Eligibility

1. Consciously comply with Chinese law and university rules.
2. Love the subject studied, have clear goals, a positive attitude and excellent results.
3. Actively participate in university social practice and scientific, cultural and sporting activities.
4. Behave courteously, protect public property, respect teachers and staff, cooperate with classmates and care for the collective.
5. Pay all fees on time.
6. Score at least 70, including 70, in every professional examination course each semester and pass all assessed courses.
7. Assessment is organized by year group.
8. Study Chinese diligently. Priority is given to those passing HSK Level 4 or above.

IV. Assessment dates

Once in March and once in September each year.
