Which application documents should I prepare?

Use your target program’s current notice as the final document checklist. Admission and scholarship applications can ask for different documents, and not every item below applies to every applicant.

Document or information What should I confirm?
Passport or identity document Accepted document, expiry date, name spelling and required scanned pages.
Education certificate Required qualification, whether an expected-graduation certificate is accepted, and when the final certificate is due.
Academic transcripts Covered years, grading scale, official stamp and required language.
Language evidence Accepted tests, score thresholds, validity and any explicitly stated exemption.
CSCA results Required subjects, paper languages, score submission deadline and accepted test session.
Study plan, recommendations or portfolio Whether required for this program, who can provide them and the format.
Health or other declarations Whether required, which official form to use, validity and submission timing.

The scholarship policy linked below is one example of an official materials list. It must not be treated as a universal checklist for all universities or application routes.

Do my documents need translation or notarisation?

Section titled “Do my documents need translation or notarisation?”

Check the notice’s accepted languages and certification rules. Do not assume that an ordinary translation is equivalent to a notarised translation. If the instructions are unclear, ask the institution before paying for document services.

  • Use the same name spelling as your accepted identity document.
  • Keep complete, legible scans and the original files.
  • Check file format, size and page-order requirements in the official application system.
  • Record the institution’s deadline and any date by which originals must be presented.
  • Submit sensitive documents only through the institution’s official channel; do not post them in comments.

Find your target university and use its official admission link to complete a program-specific checklist. For CSCA registration, check the separate official registration instructions.
