Chang'an University Shaanxi Provincial Sanqin Scholarship

To implement Shaanxi’s measures under the National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Outline (2010-2020), attract more outstanding international students, promote international student higher education and expand its global influence, the provincial government established the Sanqin Scholarship.

I. Eligibility

1. Registered full-time, self-funded international undergraduate, master’s or doctoral students in their second year or above, including second year.
2. Be law-abiding, diligent, academically strong and of good character, with no Chinese legal or university disciplinary violations.
3. Have excellent results, with all compulsory course grades that year at Good or above.
4. Students who have received or currently receive Chinese Government or other scholarships during their studies are ineligible.
