China Three Gorges University Full Scholarship for Myanmar Students

Scholarship Introduction

This scholarship is funded by a donation from alumnus Wang Junchang, chairman of Yunnan Yunneng Electric Power Engineering Company, to support outstanding Myanmar students studying at the university. It aims to promote talent training, mutual understanding and trust, and deeper cooperation between the two countries in relevant fields.

5. A monthly living allowance of RMB 2500.

Eligibility

1. Myanmar citizens aged 18–25.

2. Friendly toward China, physically and mentally healthy, diligent in study, and academically excellent.

3. Senior high school graduates.

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

5. Priority is given to applicants with some foundation in Chinese.

Application Materials

1. China Three Gorges University Application Form for International Students, printed from the online system and signed by the applicant.

2. A copy of the passport (a valid ordinary passport).

3. Applicants in China must submit copies of their visa and residence documents.

4. Senior high school graduation certificate (documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include a notarized English or Chinese translation).

5. Academic transcript (documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include a notarized English or Chinese translation).

6. Foreigner medical examination report.

7. Bank deposit certificate or financial guarantee letter.

8. A 5-minute personal introduction video in English.

9. A recommendation letter from alumnus Wang Junchang.
